Golden Oysters (1 pint / 3.5-4oz.) are best in stir fry but go well in hearty sauces and soups also. They tend to have stronger, almost nutty flavor unlike many other oyster mushrooms.
 
Golden Oysters should be prepared within 2-4 days of purchase.
